You must be registered as an Agency to use the 2-1-1 portal.
If you are not registered and do not have a login, contact us.

If you already have a username and password, proceed to the login. 

Using the 2-1-1 portal:

1. Login to the 2-1-1 portal.
2. Click the button to acknowledge that you have read and understand the User Agreement.
3. Click on Agency and Staff Tools on the bottom left.
4. Click on Agency Tools.
5. Edit your information with the links provided.
