Homeward Pikes Peak

Homeward Pikes Peak is the focal point for our community response to solving the problem of homelessness. The goal is for our community to be a great place to overcome homelessness, but a difficult place to be intentionally homeless. Pikes Peak United Way helped create this organization, and provides offices and administrative support for the organization so that it can be successful in tackling this important issue.

Leadership Summit

Pikes Peak United Way is the organizer and convener for the highly successful Leadership Summits, which bring together local community leaders from all sectors to identify and solve pressing community issues.

FEMA Emergency Food and Shelter Program

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) recognizes that it does not take a fire, hurricane or flood for people to experience emergencies in their daily lives. There are many Americans that do not have food to eat or shelther to house them. In the Pikes Peak region, there are nearly 1,000 people without homes on any given day. This program, administered in El Paso and Teller counties by Pikes Peak United Way, provides significant assistance to the front-line service providers who work to improve the lives of the hungry and homeless.

Conference Rooms for Nonprofits

Pikes Peak United Way has two conference rooms available for local nonprofits to use for meetings and conferences.  If you are interested in booking a meeting, please contact us to check room availability.
